Operator and scope

skin99 is an online retailer of ski and snowboard equipment operated by Sundown Ski Patrol Inc. These terms govern purchases from and use of the skin99 store. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator; “you” refers to the customer or visitor.

Our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy provide the corresponding details for those subjects. Mandatory consumer rights prevail over any conflicting term.

Eligibility and appropriate use

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract, or have an authorized adult complete the purchase. Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information, and use only a payment method you are authorized to use.

You must not misuse the store, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with its security or availability, impersonate another person, or infringe another person’s rights. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials you create.

Products, descriptions, and suitability

Review the item description, size, specifications, compatibility information, and included components before ordering. Images can vary in appearance across screens; this does not excuse a materially inaccurate product description.

Winter sports equipment must be selected, fitted, installed, and maintained appropriately. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions and use a qualified technician where required, including for binding installation or adjustment. Contact us before purchase if a specification is unclear. Equipment does not eliminate the inherent risks of skiing or snowboarding.

Manufacturer warranty coverage, where supplied, is governed by the applicable warranty terms. Those terms do not replace legal rights against the seller. We do not promise universal compatibility or an additional lifetime warranty unless expressly stated for the product.

Prices, taxes, and payment

The currency and final amount displayed at checkout govern your purchase. Applicable taxes and any optional delivery charge must be shown before you authorize payment. Standard shipping on accepted U.S. orders is free.

Payment methods are the methods actually offered at checkout. Payment services may apply their own terms. If a material price or listing error affects an order, we will contact you with the correction and allow you to accept it or receive a refund; we will not charge an increased amount without your authorization.

Order confirmation and fulfillment

An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of the order. We will confirm fulfillment or notify you of a stock, payment, address, or other issue. We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, such as unavailable stock, an unresolved material listing error, suspected fraud, or inability to deliver to the supplied address. We will explain the cancellation and refund any amount collected for items we will not supply.

Order processing takes 1–3 business days. Standard delivery within the United States is estimated at 3–5 business days after dispatch, for a combined estimate of 4–8 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Verification or stock review does not suspend the shipment deadlines or refund rights that apply to your order. Our Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how these timeframes are counted and how delays and disputed deliveries are handled.

Returns and cancellations

Eligible voluntary returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Contact us promptly if you want to cancel or change an order. Our Cancellation Policy explains what can be changed before shipment and how shipped items are handled.

No return, cancellation, or warranty provision limits a remedy required by applicable law. Customers are not required to waive legitimate payment-dispute rights as a condition of obtaining support.

Shopify and other providers

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which supplies the platform used to offer and sell products. Your retail purchase is with Sundown Ski Patrol Inc as operator of skin99. Shopify is not the seller of our merchandise.

Customer information is shared with Shopify and relevant service providers to run the store and deliver services. These providers may process information in other countries. Where Shopify enhanced services are enabled, Shopify may process information for those services as described in our Privacy Policy and its own notices.

Store content and customer submissions

Store content and third-party brands remain the property of their respective rights holders. You may use the store for personal shopping and other uses allowed by law. Commercial copying of protected content requires appropriate permission.

If you choose to submit a public review, you permit us to display that review in connection with the relevant product or store. Do not include private information about others or unlawful material. Your review must reflect your own experience. We will not condition a refund or other lawful remedy on posting, changing, or removing a review.

Responsibility and legal rights

We are responsible for the obligations imposed on us as the seller and for commitments made in these policies. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow product instructions. This does not exclude responsibility for a defective product, our own unlawful conduct, or another liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these terms waives implied warranties or other protections that cannot be waived under applicable law. No blanket waiver of personal-injury claims or mandatory arbitration requirement is created by these terms.

Governing law and resolving concerns

These terms are governed by applicable U.S. federal law and New York law, except where mandatory protections under the law of your state apply. This choice does not deprive you of those protections or of access to a court or agency available under applicable law.

Contact us with your order reference and a description of any concern so we can work toward a resolution. Contacting us does not shorten a statutory deadline or prevent you from exercising a lawful remedy.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms for future transactions. The version applicable when you placed an order continues to govern that order, except where a change is required by law or separately agreed with you. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful.
