Order Cancellation Policy

Requesting cancellation or a change

Email supportsking@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and the words “Cancel order” or “Change order” in the subject line. You may also call +13157361120. Include the name and email address used at checkout.

We accept cancellation of an order that has not been handed to the carrier. If you request cancellation before shipment but it is shipped while we are processing your request, we will arrange a return at our expense. We do not charge an order cancellation fee.

Orders already shipped

After shipment, carrier interception or an address change may not be possible. If the parcel cannot be stopped, you may request an eligible return under our 30-day Returns & Refunds Policy. Do not refuse delivery as a substitute for contacting us, because this can delay identification of the returned parcel. Refusal does not remove any rights provided by law.

Changes to products, quantities, or addresses

Changes depend on fulfillment status and availability. We will explain any price difference before you agree. If an order cannot be modified, we can discuss cancellation and a new order. A replacement order is subject to the price and availability disclosed before you place it.

Delays and seller cancellations

If we cannot dispatch your order by the applicable deadline, you may reject the proposed delay and cancel the affected unshipped items for a full refund. We may also cancel an order we cannot fulfill and will notify you.

Cancellation refunds

For an accepted cancellation, we will issue the refund within 7 business days, or sooner where law requires. The refund includes the payment for canceled items and the corresponding refundable taxes and delivery charges. Refunds are sent to the original payment method unless a lawful alternative is needed and arranged with you. Bank posting times vary.

We will not replace a monetary refund with store credit without your agreement.
