Who operates skin99?

The store is operated by Sundown Ski Patrol Inc, EIN 06-1107347. skin99’s retail activity began in 2024.

Where do you ship?

We sell and ship within the United States. International shipping is not currently offered. Contact us if checkout cannot accept your delivery address.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Standard shipping is free on all accepted U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase. An optional paid delivery upgrade, if offered, is priced before payment.

When will my order arrive?

We prepare and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery is estimated to take another 3–5 business days after dispatch, making the combined estimate 4–8 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders received on weekends or holidays enter processing on the next business day. How do I track an order?

Shipment information is sent to the email address used at checkout. Where the carrier supplies tracking, we include it. If you need help locating an update, email us with your order reference.

Can I return an item?

You can request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after delivery. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused and unmodified, with its tags, accessories, and product packaging. Carefully trying on boots indoors is permitted; outdoor use, heat molding, riding, drilling, or mounting is not. Defective or incorrect goods are handled separately, with your legal rights preserved.

Who pays for return shipping?

The customer pays direct return shipping for an eligible change-of-mind or customer sizing return. We cover necessary return shipping when we supplied an incorrect, defective, damaged, or materially misdescribed item. There is no restocking fee for an eligible return.

Where should I send a return?

Include your order reference and use a trackable carrier service, keeping your shipping receipt. Contact us before shipping if your carrier cannot deliver to this address.

When will I receive my refund?

For an authorized eligible return, we inspect the item and issue the refund within 7 business days after receipt. For an accepted cancellation, we issue it within 7 business days, or sooner if law requires. Your bank controls when the credit appears. Contact us if it has not appeared within 10 business days after our refund confirmation.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Contact us immediately with your order number. We accept cancellation before the order is handed to the carrier. After shipment, our return policy applies if interception is not possible. Product, quantity, and address changes depend on the order’s status.

What if my item is damaged or my delivery is missing?

Contact us with your order details and describe the issue. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. We do not automatically reject a missing-parcel claim just because tracking shows a delivery scan.

Are purchases charitable donations?

No. Orders are retail purchases of goods, and we do not represent their prices as tax-deductible donations.
